UK ONLY CUSTOMERS
Pay via TWS/Streamline for online purchases. This payment gateway is processed via NatWest Bank plc
We do not currently have facilities for taking payment over the phone, but we can accept payment by cheque otherwise we are happy to answer any queries by telephone.  THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT WILL DELAY DELIVERY. Payment via PayPal for UK customers is no longer available as the processing charges are much higher than using our payment gateway. 

OVERSEAS ONLY CUSTOMERS
Select  OVERSEAS ONLY Customers' option at the checkout. This will send us your order and when we have worked out the cost including shipping we will request payment via PayPal. If you want an indication of how shipping costs are calculated, please go to the Terms & Conditions at the foot of this page,

Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY

All UK orders attract a delivery charge. Please note this charge includes postage AND associated delivery costs.

UK Orders ONLY

Payments for UK orders made via TWS/Streamline/NatWest  attract a delivery charge of £3.99 per order.

UK customers are not able to offer PayPal for UK customers, as this makes our default payment gateway (TWS/Nat West Bank) additionally expensive.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

All European & ROW customers select the 'OVERSEAS ONLY customers' delivery option, payment will be requested via PayPal. When we receive the order we will work out the total of your order including postage and will then request payment via PayPal. If you require a a quote for delivery charges before placing an order, please email us, a list of estimated costs is listed below.
TWS/Streamline cannot accept payments other than in £Stirling.

Europe & Rest of World customers - delivery charge will be charged at cost plus a small admin charge. Below is an indication of cost for small packages up to to 2 kg.

If you require or think your parcel will be over 2kg, please email us for a quote.

Canada - 2kg maxiumum allowed
Small packets are classified as follows:
One surface at least 9x14cm/ length not over 60cm or
Tubes - Length + twice diameter no more than 104cm. Length not over 90cm

Larger and/or heavier parcels will be dispatched via Parcel Force Global Economy which will take substantially longer (3-12 weeks)

RETURNS

If the item is not as you expected, you are welcome to return it within 7 days for a refund, provided the item is in perfect condition. Please phone us first.
If we have sent the wrong item or if something is wrong with your delivery - please phone to let us know. A phone call will help us to correct the situation.

Title shall remain with Gallery Textiles until payment is received

PRICES
As suppliers change their prices at different times during the year, prices in this catalogue are liable to change. Prices include VAT at 20%

TWS/NatWest/Streamline process all payments immediately into our bank account, as delaying processing triggers an alert to customers which makes them think that there is a problems with the payment or that the payment has failed. 

DELIVERY
We try to send orders off within 1 to 3 days of receipt (when items ordered are in stock). At peak times the delay may be a week.
All orders will be posted 2nd Class (up to 1000g) or Parcelforce (over 1000g) which will take up to 5 days.
Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
For overseas customers please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.

Where a customer is paying for postage on an order, you will be notified by email if any goods are out of stock and the order will be held until a response is received. Please check for mail in your spam filter also as emails can be diverted.

Out of stock goods will be deleted from an order if restocking is not expected within 14 days. 

If out of stock items are expected within 14 days, the parcel will be held back until 14 days have elapsed.
Orders placed after midday Thursday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Please check to see if there are any closed days as this will impact on the turn around time of orders.
