POSTAGE AND PACKING
Free delivery on orders of £35 or more within the UK – sent by cheapest method
P&P £2.95 for orders under £35 net.
Rest of World, P&P will be charged at cost plus a small admin charge.RETURNS
If the item is not as you expected, you are welcome to return it within 7 days for a refund, provided the item is in perfect condition. Please phone us first.
If we have sent the wrong item or if something is wrong with your delivery - please phone to let us know. A phone call will help us to correct the situation.

Title shall remain with Gallery Textiles until payment is received

PRICES
As suppliers change their prices at different times during the year, prices in this catalogue are liable to change. Prices include VAT at 17.5%.

DELIVERY
We try to send orders off within 1 to 3 days of receipt (when items ordered are in stock). At peak times the delay may be a week.
All orders will be posted 2nd Class (up to 1000g) or Parcelforce (over 1000g) which will take up to 5 days.
Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.

Where a customer is paying for postage on an order, you will be notified by email if any goods are out of stock
and the hold will be held until a response is received. Please check for mail in your spam filter also as emails can be diverted.

Where an order attracts no payable postage, out of stock goods will be deleted from an order if
delivery is not expected within 14 days. 

If out of stock items are expected within 14 days, the parcel will be held back until 14 days have elapsed.
